“Three years ago, my little family of three decided to move to another state, which forced me to resign my teaching position of 15 years and focus my energies elsewhere. My goal was to pursue a career in the arts but I suddenly found myself pregnant and our family growing. Now that I am emerging from the infant & toddlerhood cocoon, I am finding time for my creative passions again. This blog is a collection of all things that inspire and intrigue me; food, wine, photography, DIY projects, etc. Some of the recipes you will find are taken from other sources and curated for future use, while others are family recipes handed down through the generations. I hope you enjoy taking these creative detours with me!”
