Whether you are looking for a healthy snack or looking to add a healthy fat to your plate, this everything avocado is literally EVERYTHING.

Everyone in the Whole30 universe goes crazy over Trader Joe’s Everything But the Bagel Seasoning, including me. Up until my sister, Margot, showed me this pairing, I had trouble finding a use for it. It is absolutely amazing on an avocado! The texture of the seasoning is perfect on a creamy avocado slice and enlivens this some times bland healthy fat. I love it as a side with eggs in the morning but have had it as an occasional snack to help me get through until the next meal. If you don’t have this in your pantry, you need to go out NOW and stock up. Seriously, go now!

An Everything Avocado

Serves: 1 Cooking Time: 5 min

Ingredients

  • Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
  • 1 ripe avocado

Instructions

Using a large knife, cut the avocado in half.

Use the knife blade to pierce the nut in the center and twist out.

Slice the avocado. You can also cross-slice to make cubes.

Use a spoon to scoop out the avocado flesh.

Arrange on a plate and generously sprinkle with seasoning.
