Have you tried to cook with zoodles (spiraled zucchini) before and they turned out pretty underwhelming? Most likely, it was due to the zucchini’s high water content. Many recipes out there instruct us to throw zoodles in a pan at the end of a dish; but all of the water from the zucchini overwhelms the dish and dilutes the flavor.
